Lucknow: One crushed as ambulance hits 2-wheeler

LUCKNOW: A 28-year-old man was crushed to death by a speeding ambulance in Alambagh area on Thursday night.
The deceased, Manoj Kanaujiya, was heading towards Telibagh from Topkhana with his friend Rajendra Dhanuk on a two-wheeler. Both used to work in a motor workshop in Sadar area.
According to police, when the duo reached near Telibagh, a speeding ambulance hit them in which both of them sustained critical injuries. The commuters informed U about the incident and a police team reached the spot. The duo was rushed to the Civil hospital where Kanaujiya was declared dead while Dhanuk is still being treated. SHO, Alambagh Shivshankar Singh said that an FIR has been lodged.
