NEW DELHI: Union defence minister Rajnath Singh on Friday said the Centre has planned to connect the maximum number of border areas of the country to instill confidence among people there.
"Our govt plans to connect the maximum number of border areas to develop a sense of confidence in people living there," Singh said at Shyok Setu in Ladakh.
The Union minister on Friday also inaugurated 75 BRO infrastructure projects, spread across six states and two Union Territories.
