DC Gurudatt Hegde, who is the chairman of District Road Safety Committee, has directed officials to adhere to rules in this regard. Chairing a meeting of the committee on Thursday, he said the laying of speed-breakers in an unscientific manner has caused problems of traffic flow . “At many places where speed-breakers are made, no signboards have been put,” he said, asking the police and transport authority to remove such humps.
