Rail officer files case against scribe

Bhubaneswar: Senior railway officer Anup Kumar Satpathy, who was recently booked by the commissionerate police for allegedly hurling abuses at a journalist for linking him with Archana Nag, who is the centre of a honey-trap scandal, has filed a case against the said journalist with the cyber crime police station in Visakhapatnam. Satpathy, the divisional railway manager of Waltair under East Coast Railway, alleged that the journalist defamed him by televising the news, involving his morphed photo with Nag. Satpathy claimed the journalist had tried to extort money and had also hacked his social media account and misused his photograph. TNN
