Gainers & Losers: Gland Pharma among 6 stocks in the news today

Shares of Balaji Amines fell after the company’s standalone net profit for the second quarter dropped around 13%. The stock ended at Rs 2978.05, falling 4%.

The shares of the company climbed 6% to close at Rs 483.8 after the company approved Rs 125.65 crore buyback.

Shares of personal care company Dabur gained over 3% to close at Rs 549.05 after Badshah Masala acquisition.

IIFL Finance shares rallied 10% to Rs 400.9 apiece on the NSE after the company’s PAT rose 36% year on year.

Shares of pharma and drug major Gland Pharma ended over 14% lower at Rs 1901.4 after the company posted a 20% decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 241.24 crore given the lower sales and higher expenses.

Shares of NMDC ended around 20% lower after the stock traded ex-demerger today. The shares closed at Rs 104.3.
