
Delhi University, JNU 2nd Merit List 2022 Live Updates: The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and Delhi University (DU) will today release its final seat allotment list, and the lists will be available at the official websites of the varsities — and jnu.ac.in respectively.
In Delhi University, over 59,100 aspirants have confirmed their admission in the Delhi University by paying their admission fees. The updated figure is a result for extension of the deadline of fee payment. The extension was given to students after requests for the same were made by candidates due to the ongoing festival season.
Meanwhile, nearly all unreserved seats across undergraduate courses in St. Stephen’s College were filled in the first round of seat allocation. The admission for minority seats is underway, there are nearly 450 seats across 11 undergraduate courses.
In Jesus and Mary College of Delhi University, there are around 15 seats across various courses of BA programmes across all categories. There are three seats in BCom and five in BCom (hons). Other courses that are available are BSc Mathematics, BVoc Health Care Management and Retail Management and IT and Bachelors of Elementary Education. It is an all women’s college.
In Delhi University’s Hindu College, there are two seats available for unreserved categories, one in BA (Hons) Sanskrit and other in BA programme (Sanskrit + Political Science). There are around 10 seats across various disciplines in the BA programme. And, there are around 30 seats in BSc (Hons) and BS programme across various courses.
While there are only a handful seats available for BA programmes, there are over 50 seats across disciplines in BSc programme. There are seats available for unreserved categories as well in various courses.
Almost all seats in Shri Ram College of Commerce are full. There are a total of three seats that are vacant in SRCC across BA (Hons) Economics and BCom (Hons). All three seats are in the PwD category.
In LSR, there are no seats left in the unreserved category, and only a handful are vacant in other categories for BA programmes, two seats in PwD category for BCom (Hons) and seven seats in BSc across Mathematics and Statistics. There is one seat left for Bachelors of Elementary Education (BElEd) in the PwD category.
In Ramjas College, most seats have been filled for all major categories and only a handful of seats are vacant in BA programmes. There is one seat left in BCom and two in BCom (Hons) and a few more in BSc across various disciplines.
Candidates whose names feature on the final phase seat allotment of AP EAMCET and TS EAMCET should carry their AP/TS EAMCET rank card, hall ticket, marksheets of classes 12 and 10, government issued photo identification proof, transfer certificate and category certificate (if needed).
AP EAPCET final seat allotment list will be released today post which students will have to report at the alloted colleges to reserve their seats. Students can do so between October 26 to October 31. Candidates should note that Options given in the 1st Phase will not be considered for this final Phase of counseling for allotment of a seat and candidates have to exercise options afresh.

This year, JNU is accepting admission to its undergraduate programmes through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Candidates will have to block their seats before October 23 to confirm their admission. The second seat allotment list for undergraduate and certificate of proficiency (COP) programmes will release today
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), too, will release the final phase seat allotment result tomorrow and candidates will be able to check the list at the official AP EAMCET (EAPCET) website — cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. Candidates have to click on the seat allotment result link. Log in using required credentials and click on submit. The result will appear.
The upgrade option will not be available for those who have been allocated their first preference of course and college, the official said. The last date for payment of fees for admission to Delhi University's undergraduate programmes following the first round of seat allocation was October 25.
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will release the final phase seat allotment result of TS EAMCET 2022 today. Candidates who are registered for the final phase can check their results at the official TS EAMCET website — tseamcetd.nic.in.
Delhi University will release the list of vacant seats today, i.e. October 26. The window to change and arrange preferences will be open from 10 am at the official DU website — ugadmission.uod.ac.in. The varsity had earlier notified that the candidates who fail to submit admission fees by the deadline of 2 pm of October 25 will not be able to participate in any subsequent CSAS rounds, and only the aspirants who pay the admission fees of CSAS round 1 will get the option of ‘upgrade’.
