India ODI captain Shikhar Dhawan is ready for his Bollywood debut in movie called "Double XL". The film also stars Huma Qureshi and Sonakshi Sinha.

Shikhar says he is open to acting in films so long they don't hamper his cricket. Seen as very excited about his debut, the cricketer says he is doing "Double XL" as the story has a significant impact on him.

Shikhar has been paired with Huma Qureshi and has loads of positives to share about the beautiful and talented actress. He had a great time in front of the camera and Dhawan had only praises for the unit of "Double XL".

The player says he was taught to dance, which he picked up quickly. He danced for a specific scene, enjoyed the dance, and played his part sincerely. He was sure he would be able to pull it off like one of the sixes he whacks comfortably over long-on.

He says that the purpose of the film is to have positive impact on society. He hopes that today's young boys and girls will be able to pursue their dreams no matter what.

Shikhar said that Huma Qureshi is very humble, happy and good-natured. Both of them are from Delhi, and they had good time chatting together. "She is very humble, happy and a good-hearted person. We had a good banter and enjoyed the shooting schedule in truly Dilliwalah style. She made sure that I am comfortable and gave me some acting tips too," he told the Hindustan times.
