GURUGRAM: Four people have been booked after they allegedly assaulted a National Security Guard commando after a spat on Monday, police said.
A police officer said they have also arrested main accused Lakshya Kataria and teams have been formed to nab the other three men. The accused were drunk at the time of the incident, according to the police.
Police said an altercation over giving way outside a fast food chain in Sector 80 on Monday snowballed into a fight.
Police said the complainant, who is from UP, is currently posted at NSG campus in Manesar. He alleged that he had gone to a McDonald’s outlet in Sector 80 to collect a food around 6pm. “The four youths who were inside their vehicle was obstructing the way. I requested them to give way. The man sitting on the driver’s seat started abusing and assaulted me,” he told police. Rajender Singh, SHO of Kherki Daula police station, said, “The accused was drunk at the time of the incident. He was arrested and released on bail.”TNN
