China will broaden companies' overseas listing channels

BEIJING : China will broaden companies' overseas listing channels and increase the proportion of direct financing, the securities regulator said on Tuesday.
China will also strengthen pragmatic cooperation with Hong Kong markets, according to the statement released by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
