Gurgaon, Faridabad top list of severely polluted cities

Chandigarh: Gurgaon on Saturday topped the chart of polluting cities of the state with 357 air quality index (AQI) during the day. Faridabad followed with 322 points in Sector 11 and had 348 in the industrial area during the morning hours. Now, the officials in Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB), as well as the local authorities are keeping their fingers crossed and are waiting for the index on Diwali night and the next day.
