Bombay HC grants bail to man accused of raping colleague

Mumbai: Justice Bharati Dangre of Bombay high court recently granted bail to a call centre employee,40, accused last August of raping a colleague whose work he supervised.
The HC said the woman, 29, appears to have lodged a complaint only when she conceived a child a few months after the act. Though her version was that she was “coerced into the relationship’’ the trial will determine if there was coercion or consent said the HC.
