Sportspersons will get full support from govt: CM

Jaipur: The state government will ensure that there is no dearth of facilities and help when it comes to any sport or sportspersons, assured Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot during the closing ceremony of the Rajiv Gandhi Rural Olympic Games at the SMS Indoor Stadium on Thursday. He added that he would appreciate it if people from the sports fraternity would come forward and suggest what more the state government should do for the betterment of sports. The CM further added that in all 33 districts coaches should also get involved in talent hunt to ensure promising players get an opportunity and they make it big at the national and international stage.
Moreover, Hanumangarh dominated the Games with overall seven medals including five title finishes.tnn
