Redmi is all set to announce the Redmi Note 12 series with decent advancements over the predecessor. In between several rumours and leaks, Redmi today officially confirmed the October launch of Redmi Note 12 via a post on Weibo. The device will first launch in China and later will follow a global launch.

According to previous leaks and official renders, the Redmi Note 12 series will arrive in three different models – Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro+. The series is expected to ship with Dimensity 1080 SoC and would feature up to 210W fast charging, especially for the Redmi Note 12 Pro+.
Furthermore, as per 3C certification, the base Redmi Note 12 will come with 67W fast charging and the Note 12 Pro with 120W fast charging. It will feature an AMOLED display and could come with a 50MP primary sensor and a 5000 mAh battery.
In the coming days, we expect the exact launch date and some specification details via teasers from the company. However, it was even spotted on TEENA and MIIT a few weeks ago.

The device is expected to go on sale at the upcoming Double 11 shopping extravaganza in China.
