IRCTC scam: Relief for Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi Prasad Yadav as CBI court refuses to cancel bail

PATNA: A CBI court on Tuesday refused to cancel the bail granted to Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi Prasad Yadav in the IRCTC scam but warned Tejashwi to be careful about his comments about the CBI, lest it be misunderstood by people at large.
The special judge of Rouse Avenue special CBI court in Delhi, Geetanjali Goel heard the plea sought by the premier investigation agency, where Tejashwi's counsel pleaded with the court that he did not trangress any of the conditions that had been put by the court in the bail granted to him.
