Kota: A upper district and sessions court in Bundi on Monday awarded life term to a 23-year-old youth for murder of a 30-year-old man three years ago in October 2019 and10-year imprisonment to deceased man’s wife for her role in conspiracy of murder. Saddam (23), resident of Jahajpur area in Bhilwara district, with fine of Rs 50,000 and 10-year imprisonment to Najma (23), wife of the deceased man and resident of Naruki Bawari in Bundi city, along with penalty of Rs 25,000 for her role in conspiracy,” said public prosecutor, upper district and sessions court-1, Kailash Chand Meena.
Blood-stained body of a man identified as Abdul Vahid, resident of Naru Ki Bawari in Bundi city, was recovered from Singhadi road under Hindoli police station of Bundi district on October 22, 2019, following which police lodged a case of murder and began investigation, he added. tnn
