Vadodara logs only one Covidcase, 9 released

Vadodara: Only one Covid-19 case was reported in the city even as nine persons were discharged on Tuesday. This let three active cases in the city including two patients who were hospitalized.
The only new case on Tuesday was reported from Bhayli area of the city. In all, 129 samples were tested during the 24 hours ending on Tuesday evening. The three active cases include two persons who were hospitalized but had only mild symptoms. The third patient was being treated in home isolation.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic began, 1,00,730 cases have been reported in the city. Of these, 1,00,209 patients have been discharged even as 544 succumbed to the disease.
