ETMarkets.comL&T Technology Services, in its board meeting on Tuesday, announced an interim dividend of Rs 15 per share. It has fixed October 28 as the record date.
“The interim dividend shall be paid to equity shareholders of the company whose names will appear in the Register of Members or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of equity shares as on Friday, October 28, 2022, which is the record date fixed for the aforesaid purpose,” said the company in its filing with the exchanges.
Previously, the company had declared a final dividend of Rs 15 per share.
Since November 2016, the company has declared a total of 13 dividends. In the last fiscal year, it announced a total of 1750% dividend or Rs 35 per share. This at the current market price amounts to a dividend yield of 0.95%.
