‘In PM’s leadership, India will lead world welfare in future’
Varanasi: The Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath called upon the people to participate in making the country ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that if 135 crore people of the country work together, India will soon become the first economy in the world.
Yogi said that under the leadership of PM Modi, India will become the superpower and will lead the world welfare in days to come. India has overtaken Britain becoming the fourth economy in the world and soon it is going to become the third economy in the world, he said.
The CM, during his visit to Varanasi on Friday, attended a programme - ‘Sadbhavna Varanasi Adhyay’ organised by the NID Foundation, New Delhi at Buddha Theme Park Auditorium in Sarnath.
Addressing the gathering, he said that India is emerging as a powerful country in the world under the leadership of the PM, who does what he says. After becoming the PM in 2014, he had announced ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vishwas’. The benefits of free housing, health facilities, employment opportunities, opening of Jan Dhan accounts in banks and other government welfare schemes are being received by all the people of the society without any discrimination, he said.
He further said that the queen Ahilyabai Holkar rebuilt the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Maharaja Ranjit Singh got it decorated with gold and Prime Minister Narendra Modi expanded it. The global recognition that the great personalities of India are getting today was not possible in the past. The works on Lord Ram circuit and Krishna circuit are in progress. He said that the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vishwas’ is also the mantra of goodwill.
The CM also released the books – ‘Modi@20: Dreams Meet Delivery’ authored by Dr Bharat Barai based on the life of Narendra Modi, and ‘Heartfelt: the Legacy of Faith’ by NID Foundation on the occasion. The event was also addressed by Kamaljit Singh of Punjab Nirmal Sampradaya, Mahant Balak Das of Patalpuri, Swami Krishnanand Shastri, Mahant Vishwambhar Nath Mishra of Sankat Mochan. The patron of NID Foundation Satnam Singh Sandhu welcomed the guests.
Later, the CM offered prayers at Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Kal Bhairav Temple. He also inspected the KV Dham corridor and irected the officials for better facilities at the temple.
