35 new Covid cases in Gurugram, positivity rate 1.3%

GURUGRAM: Thirty-five Covid cases were reported in the city on Thursday, while the positivity rate was recorded at 1.3%. According to the health department, Gurugram currently has 102 active cases, out of which three patients are hospitalised.
The department collected 2,530 samples on Thursday. A total of 154 people were vaccinated on the day.
September saw 1,386 Covid infections in the city, while 10,414 and 5,695 patients were infected in August and July, respectively.
Meanwhile, Haryana logged 52 new Covid cases on Thursday.
At present, it has 200 active cases, and the positivity rate is at 1%.
On Thursday, 31 patients were recovered from the infection and the health authorities collected 6,315 samples for antigen and RT-PCR tests. Till now, 10,55,438 people have tested positive in Haryana since the beginning of the pandemic.
