Mental health check up was held in seven schools in Margao

Somnam Counselling centre along with Rotract club of Margao organized a week long mental health checkup camp where we did counselling, screening and testing for all ages students from 5-16years old to test depression, anxiety, social adjustment and learning disabilities.
Students were counselled and tested in seven schools and around 600 student. Around 370 cases detected needed mental health attention. These students were provided with easy counselling and therapeutic tools were used which enabled them to manage their anxiety and other mental health concerns.
