33 new Covid cases in Gurugram, positivity rate 1.2% now

GURUGRAM: Thirty-three Covid cases were reported in the city on Tuesday, while the positivity rate has been recorded at 1.2%.
Gurugram currently has 103 active cases, out of which five patients are hospitalised. The health department collected 2,639 samples on Tuesday. A total of 144 people were vaccinated on Monday.
September saw 1,386 Covid infections in the city, while 10,414 and 5,695 patients were infected in August and July, respectively.
Meanwhile, Haryana logged 36 new Covid cases on Sunday. At present, it has 199 active cases, and the positivity rate is at 1%. On Tuesday, 34 patients recovered from the infection and the health authorities collected 7,114 samples for antigen and RT-PCR tests. Till now, 10,55,352 people have tested positive in Haryana since the beginning of the pandemic.
