Centre allows non-locals, living in Jammu for over 1 year to register as voters

In a significant development in electoral reform, the Centre has allowed voting rights to non-locals residing in Jammu for over a year. This is the first time that the electoral revision is being done after the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019.
