All eyes are on the Samsung Galaxy S23 series! The smartphones are expected to be launched early next year. Although there has been no official confirmation, the line-up might include three models - Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus and Galaxy S23 Ultra. Here's a look at the expected specifications of the upcoming flagship devices.

The device is likely to sport a 6.1-inch QHD AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is speculated that the smartphone may have a boxy design with an S Pen slot. Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus might come with a 6.6-inch display.

You could expect this new lineup to be available in at least four new colour options - beige, black, green and light pink.

Samsung Galaxy S23 series will be available in 12GB 128GB and 12GB 256GB storage configurations. The storage could be expandable up to 1TB using the dedicated card slot.

It is expected that the new flagship will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The tech giant will likely use Qualcomm chips on all models in the new lineup. There is a possibility that some units will be equipped with Samsung Exynos chipsets.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus could pack a 4,700mAh battery, which is about 100mAh bigger than the one in the Galaxy S22 Plus. The top-of-the-line Galaxy S23 Ultra, however, is said to pack a 5,000mAh battery, which is identical to what is found in the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

As far as the price is concerned, the South Korean smartphone manufacturer could put a higher price tag on its upcoming S23 series as compared to the Galaxy S22. This is because Samsung had launched Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 at a price tag as compared to its predecessors in India.

The galaxy S22 series was launched in February this year at a starting price of Rs 75,000. Powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, this smartphone features a 6.1-inch AMOLED display. As far as the camera specifications are concerned, it has a 50MP wide and 12MP ultrawide camera. It is available in 5 colours- phantom black, phantom white, green, pink gold and bora purple.
