XLRI completes 2022 summer internship placements

Jamshedpur: The XLRI-Xavier School of Management has successfully achieved 100 per cent placement for the batch of 2022-24 for its flagship two-year programmes, PostGraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) and PostGraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM).
The largest batch in the Institute’s history, comprising 510 students, secured 525 offers from 103 firms in Sales and Marketing, Operations, Analytics and Human Resources, Finance, said XLRI. The students achieved record-high average and median stipends of Rs 1.54 lakh per annum and Rs 1.50, marking year-on-year increases of 16.67 per cent and 20 per cent, respectively. “We have had another astonishingly successful summer placement season, breaking all previous records. It is a testament to the quality of leaders that XLRI has to offer to the industry,” said director Fr S George.
