Hyderabad: 25-year-old criminal stabbed to death, rivalry suspected

HYDERABAD: A 25-year-old history-sheeter was stabbed to death by unidentified persons at Bhavani Nagar late on Tuesday night. Police suspect personal rivalry could be the reason behind the murder and a manhunt was launched to nab the offenders.
According to police, Syed Baqtiyar Agha Qureishi of Rein Bazar was attacked by the assailants with sharp-edged weapons at Kummarwadi Colony. After the assault, the accused fled from the spot. "Qureishi was declared brought dead at a local hospital," Bhavani Nagar inspector Mohammed Amjad Ali said.
