Defence Minister Rajnath Singh performed a 'Shashtra Puja' on Vijayadashmi at the Auli Military Station in Uttarakhand's Chamoli. Army Chief General Manoj Pande was also present. Speaking on the occasion, Rajnath Singh said that India is the only country where 'puja' or worship of weapons is performed. He also said that the country is confident that we are in safe hands.
