"The arrest of the miscreant came in the follow-up of a case of fraud lodged by one Punit Singh at Mahanagar police station on August 14. Punit had told police that he met Chandra Bhushan in a court premises in 2019 through some of his acquaintances and later he and other five had given him Rs 3 lakh each for a job in FCI. Chandra Bhushan also tricked several others for jobs in rural postal services charging them Rs 1.5 lakh each and Rs 1.6 lakh each for a job in ambulance services.
