    What is PNB WhatsApp Banking?

    Punjab National Bank (PNB) has joined a host of other lenders to launch its WhatsApp banking services for users and non users. With an aim to make banking services more accessible, PNB said they will be available 24x7, including holidays, on both Android and iOS-based phones.

    Who can use PNB WhatsApp Banking?

    Both customers of PNB as well non-customers can avail the service. However, for non-customers, only information based services will be available and account related services such as balance enquiry will not be accessible.

    Follow these steps to activate PNB WhatsApp Banking:

    Customers or non-customers have to first save the official number of the bank at +919264092640, on their registred mobile phones, to avail PNB WhatsApp Banking Services.

    Once you have saved PNB's official WhatsApp number, you have to initiate a conversation by saying ‘Hi’, ‘Hello’ etc. on the said number.
