​The delisting offer for Amrit Corp opened on 3rd June 2022 and will close on 2nd June 2023. The offer price as part of the delisting is Rs 945, while the offer amount is Rs 20.85 crore. The acquirers under the offer are Naresh Kumar Bajaj, Ashwini Bajaj, Vikram Bajaj, Amrit Banaspati and AK Bajaj Investment.

​The delisting offer for Genesis Exports opened on 6th January 2022 and shall close on 5th January 2023. The offer price for the delisting of the financial company is Rs 965, while the offer amount is Rs 0.708 crore. Acquirers to the offer are Sushil Jhunjhunwala, Gyaneshwari Jhunjhunwala, Ajit Jhunjhunwala, Nidhi Jhunjhunwala and SKJ Investments.

​The delisting offer for the housing player opened on 17th May 2022 and shall end on 16th May 2023. Nakul Seth is the acquirer as part of the offer. The offer price for delisting is fixed at Rs 44.05, while the offer size is Rs 0.21 crore. Turnaround Corporate Advisors is the manager of the issue.

​Raghav Commercial and Giltedged Industrial are acquirers in the delisting offer that opened on 14th December 2021 and will close on 13th December 2022. The offer price for the delisting of the financial concern is fixed at Rs 800, whereas the offer amount is Rs 11.38 crore.

​For the delisting of Remi Securities, which is a financial services player, the offer price is decided at Rs 16, while the offer amount is Rs 0.28 crore. Acquirers of the delisted securities are Bajrang Finance, K.K Fincorp, Remi Finance and Investment and Remi Sales and Engineering. The delisting for the scrip opened on 22nd March 2022 and shall close on 23rd March 2023.

​The delisting offer of Solid Containers opened on 21st March 2022 and shall close on 20th March 2023. The offer price for the same is fixed at Rs 45, while the offer size is Rs 1.17 crore.
