Mumbai: Labourer held for raping 13-year-old girl

MUMBAI: A 22-year-old labourer who escaped to Kerala after sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl, has been arrested almost a month after he was booked under the Pocso Act.
Accused Zakir Khan, from Uttar Pradesh, committed the offence in August after blackmailing the girl by posting her picture with him on social media. Khan first went into hiding at Govandi, and later fled to Kerala where he was employed as POP worker at construction site.
