Odisha: 28 Durga idols and pandals in Cuttack decorated with gold and silver filigree work

Though Durga Puja is celebrated across Odisha, the one in Cuttack is the most famous for the stunning filigree work. This year, around 28 Durga idols and pandals in Cuttack were decorated with gold and silver filigree work. The use of the delicate and intricate silver filigree work in decorations is the specialty of Cuttack. Durga Puja is being celebrated in Odisha after two years gap due to Covid.
