Mangaluru: Bail granted to 14 PFI activists

MANGALURU: About 14 PFI leaders who were taken into preventive custody by the Mangaluru city police and Dakshina Kannada district police on September 27, ahead of a ban on the PFI and other affiliated organisations by the Union government, were released on bail.
They were arrested under CrPc sections 107 and 151, as a preventive measure, from various police station limits.
