Locals hail Telangana Govt's “Aasara” pension scheme for upliftment of poor people

As a part of its welfare measures and social safety net strategy, the Telangana government has introduced the “Aasara” pension scheme. The pension scheme was launched with a view to ensure secured life with dignity for all the poor. It is a welfare scheme for old people, widows, specially-abled disabled and ‘Beedi’ workers.
