HPCL shares gain 0.02% as Sensex rises

Shares of the . traded at Rs 216.5 on BSE at 11:11AM (IST) on Friday, up 0.02 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 206.7 and a high of Rs 354.55.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at -9.37 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs -23.03 per share and 0.92 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 46,861 shares changed hands on the counter till 11:11AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 30612.27 crore and is part of the Oil Refining & Marketing industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , down 27.83 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 5.33 per cent fall in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 217.85 and Rs 213.75.
