IANSBharti Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Sunil Mittal's Bharti Enterprises, has won an award for being amongst India's Best Workplaces for Women 2022 - large category. It was selected for its equitable people practices that are crafted for its employees, and consistency in workplace experience, especially for women.
“This certification is a testimony of our women-friendly policies that offer learning and growth opportunities, employee empowerment, fairness and transparency, leading to a safe and conducive working environment, especially for women,” Mamta Saikia, CEO, Bharti Foundation, said in a media statement Thursday.
Bharti Foundation’s primary focus has been centered on education of children across rural India while nurturing a culture of positivity, harmony and peace within the organisation.
In the 5th edition of the awards, top 100 organisations have been recognised as India's Best Workplaces for Women-2022.
