Prayagraj: Cops probe bomb hurling incident

PRAYAGRAJ: Cops on Tuesday launched a fresh probe into the incident where some unidentified miscreants hurled crude bomb outside a city- based school located at Civil Lines under the limits of Civil Lines police station on Saturday night.
SP (City) Santosh Kumar Meena told TOI, “A team of civil lines police with the help of CCTVs was making efforts to ascertain the identities of miscreants involved in bomb hurling”. He added “ An FIR regarding the incident was already registered with police station concerned”. SP added “Apart from identification of miscreants, police team has also been trying to find out the reason behind incident whether the students of two rival camps clashed or it were outsiders to hurl two crude bombs to create sensation”.
