NEW DELHI: Embassy Office(Rs. 2827.18 crore), RIL(Rs. 1782.37 crore), Ambuja Cements(Rs. 1469.49 crore), Adani Ent.(Rs. 1261.13 crore), Infosys(Rs. 1192.80 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 1071.51 crore), Tata Steel(Rs. 1028.08 crore), SEZ(Rs. 988.20 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 899.83 crore) and Tata Motors(Rs. 871.70 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Tuesday's session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 8.9 points down at 17007.4, while BSE Sensex fell 37.7 points to 57107.52.
In the Nifty index, .(up 3.10 per cent), Ltd.(up 2.18 per cent), .(up 2.00 per cent), .(up 1.99 per cent) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(up 1.89 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, .(down 3.05 per cent), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(down 2.22 per cent), .(down 2.20 per cent), .(down 2.08 per cent) and .(down 1.62 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
