KALYAN:
Maharashtra chief minister Eknath Shinde's son and Kalyan Lok Sabha MP Dr Shrikant Shinde welcomed Supreme Court's decision over
Shiv Sena symbol row on Tuesday.
In a big relief for Eknath Shinde faction, the Supreme Court on Tuesday set aside stay on proceedings before the
Election Commission of India in ‘real’ Shiv Sena symbol case.
The court has given permission to the ECI to conduct the proceedings with regards to who is the ‘real’ Shiv Sena.
Welcoming Supreme Court's decision, Dr Shrikant Shinde said, "Today's decision of the Supreme Court is a victory of democracy. Hope today's decision of the Supreme Court will open the eyes of the opponent. Hope the opponent now will understand who is the real Shiv Sena of Bala Saheb.
