PayFarmer campaign launched in Mandya

MANDYA: Amidst political slugfest over PayCM poster campaign, farmers of Mandya have launched ‘PayFarmer’ campaign demanding the support price of Rs 4500 per ton of sugarcane supplied to the sugar factories.
The Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha started the campaign demanding the support price of Rs 4500 per ton of sugarcane, which has gone viral in social media.
As the campaign has caught public attention, the farmers have decided to release the poster across the state on Wednesday.
