OSAKA : Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda said on Monday uncertainty over the economic outlook was heightening, with recent monetary tightening measures by major central banks seen slowing global growth.
In a speech to business leaders in Osaka, western Japan, Kuroda also said Japan's core consumer inflation was expected to slide below the Bank of Japan's 2 per cent target next year.
