Vadodara: Woman, daughter allegedly rape by two

VADODARA: A woman and her daughter were allegedly raped by two people who blackmailed them with objectionable photos.
The daughter was allegedly a minor when she was raped by one of the accused. The crime was committed last year but the offence was registered with Gotri police station on Saturday.
It is alleged that one of the accused enticed the married woman claiming that he wanted to stay with her for life and would not marry anyone else. The woman alleged that he clicked her objectionable pictures and threatened to make them viral.
The woman alleged that the man forced her into a physical relationship by blackmailing her with photographs. When the complainant woman was not present at home, the man came there in October 2021 and raped her minor daughter, showing her the photographs and threatening to circulate them.
The minor became pregnant and was forced to abort the fetus. The first accused fled from the city, but had passed on the photographs to the second person who also convinced the daughter to marry him and applied for a registered marriage.
