Hyderabad: Injured doctor dies at hospital

HYDERABAD: A 27-year-old dentist who was injured in a road accident, while she was pillion riding on a bike taxi at Malakpet on Tuesday, died while undergoing treatment on Saturday.
The bike on which Shravani was travelling to home from hospital in Hastinapuram, was hit by an unidentified car at Malakpet. "She fell unconscious and was shifted to hospital. She succumbed on Saturday," inspector Srinivas said. The driver had escaped after accident. The police tracked down the car and identified the driver as Ibrahim, (19), a student from Malakpet. The accused, who did not possess a driving license was booked along with the car owner. tnn
