Amid the ongoing arguements on moonlighting, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has added another word to the debate. He has said that spying on the employees is not right.

According to him, productivity paranoia is now emerging between remote working or hybrid working. He said, in the case of remote working, the management and the manager are unable to trust the employees working remotely, although on the other hand, the employees are feeling themselves under pressure. This lack of trust has led to strange madness in the work environment.

Actually Nadella has given these statements after the results of a survey by Microsoft. According to the survey, managers are not able to trust that the employee is working with the company with full capacity from home or remote working. According to Nadella, the increasing thought of managers about 'lazy employees' is leading to a productivity madness. Nadella said that in such a situation, spying to keep an eye on the employees will worsen the situation which is completely wrong.

In fact, according to the Microsoft chief, on one hand, the managers are getting the employees to work but on other, they are not trusting them. Due to this, the situation at work place is gets strange.

Microsoft said that they are adopting such tools so that managers and employees can better connect with each other. However, the company made it clear that they do not consider keeping a close watch on the employees as the right solution to increase productivity.
