Cheval Collection, the award-winning hospitality group specialising in high quality serviced apartments worldwide, announce the launch of its first property in Dubai under its Cheval Maison brand, due to open early 2023.

Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai, will be located at New Golden Mile 3 on the Palm Jumeirah and is set to be the brand’s third property, as well as the first to open outside the UK. The Palm Dubai will offer 131 apartments split into 100 one-bedroom apartments, 20 two-bedroom apartments, 10 three-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom penthouse. Guests will be able to enjoy a range of facilities, including the ground floor lobby lounge, serving food and beverages throughout the day, a gymnasium and stunning rooftop pool with a bar and terrace area.

The property’s owner and developer, Nakheel, also operates the adjacent Nakheel Mall offering a world-class selection of over 140 shops and 30 dining outlets, ranging from coffee shops to Michelin star dining experiences, a cinema and a family entertainment zone.

Mohammed S. Alawadhi, managing director for Cheval Collection, said: “Our vision to take on new management contracts both in the domestic and overseas markets is coming to life.

“Signing with a group of Nakheel’s pedigree illustrates the strength of our brands and the growing profile we have around the world. Dubai has a well-earned reputation for luxury, and we know that Cheval Maison will be a strong addition to the emirate as it further develops its tourism offering.”

This gives us an indication of what our customers are looking for, with more people having an appetite for flexible accommodation whilst travelling for business or leisure. With this in mind, we want to ensure that we are providing them with the ultimate experience, which is key and at the heart of what we do here at Cheval Collection.”

A Nakheel spokesperson said: “The latest addition of Cheval Maison to our portfolio of residences is a testament to our commitment to provide residents and visitors of Dubai with world-class, luxury properties. Our signing with Cheval falls in line with our on-going strategy to bring highly reputable brands to Dubai, in support of the Government’s vision to make the city the best place to live.”

Cheval Maison’s first property, Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison, opened in July 2021 in Kensington, London. In 2024, Cheval Maison will also expand into Glasgow with 70 apartments, giving Cheval Collection a multi-brand presence in the city alongside the recently announced MY Locanda Glasgow.
