Karnataka: Sudanese held for peddling Ecstasy

MANGALURU: The CEN police arrested a South Sudan national hailing from Juba, on the charges of supplying MDMA.
The arrested accused is Lual Daniel Justin Boulo alias Dany, 25, residing at Gunjurpalya in Bengaluru. The arrested man was produced before the court, which remanded him in judicial custody on Wednesday.

According to police, the CCB sleuths on June 15 arrested four persons, including a woman, on the charges of purchasing MDMA from Bengaluru, and transporting it in a car for sale.
Acting on tip-off, a police team searched a car near Padil, and seized 125g of MDMA, worth approximately Rs 6 lakh.
During the course of the investigation, the CEN police arrested the Sudanese national for supplying the MDMA. The CEN police booked a case under various sections of the NDPS Act.
