Man (35) found dead in Sector 33, another on KMP E-way

Gurgaon: A 35-year-old man was found murdered near a sewer in Sector 33 on Monday. Police suspect he was killed over personal enmity. One of his friends is the prime suspect in the case. The deceased, Narender, is a resident of Shiv Colony. When he didn’t return home on Sunday, his family started searching for him and found the body near the sewer in Sector 33 around 10am on Monday.
Prima facie, police said, it seemed that Narender was strangled to death and his body was dragged to a distance. The accused could not dump the body in the sewer for some reason and left it near the drain. “My son’s friend Naresh killed him. Naresh suspects his wife eloped with my youngest son Deepak. Both have been missing for the past 4-5 months,” Narender’s father Ramsharan told cops. On Ramsharan’s complaint, an FIR was registered under sections 302 (murder) and 201 (destruction of evidence) of IPC at Sadar police station.
In another case, the body of an unidentified person was found along the KMP Expressway. Sanjeev Yadav, a resident of Farukhnagar, was returning to his home around 7.25am on Monday when he spotted the body near village Badwa and informed the cops. “The deceased had injury marks on his head, face and neck. A murder case has been lodged at IMT Manesar’s Sector 7 police station,” a police officer said. TNN
