3L stolen from parked car

Vadodara: A resident of Alkapuri lost Rs 3 lakh when it was stolen from his car on Saturday. Ashnavi Patel told the police that he had kept the cash in his car. The Fatehgunj police have registered a case of theft and begun investigation.
Patel said that he is a businessman and often keeps cash with him for making payments. On Saturday, he kept Rs 3 lakh in a bag and put it in his car. He bought some paint boxes from a shop and stopped his vehicle at Chhani to hand it over. Till afternoon, the bag was in his car but when he returned after some time, he saw that the bag was missing.
Some unidentified person broke the window glass of the car and stole the bag. The cops have begun scanning CCTV footage of the area to trace the accused. TNN
