Mega blocks on Central, Western Railway suburban lines

MUMBAI: There would be rail blocks on both Central and Western Railway suburban lines on Sunday.
The block on CR main line is on CSMT-Vidyavihar Up and Down slow lines from 10.55am to 3.55pm.
The Up slow services leaving Ghatkopar from 10.41am to 3.52pm will be diverted on Up fast line between Vidyavihar and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus and will halt at Kurla, Sion, Matunga, Dadar, Parel and Byculla stations.
On TransHarbour line, the rail block is on Thane-Vashi/Nerul Up and Dn lines from 11.10am to 4.10pm. TransHarbour line passengers are permitted to travel via Harbour/Main Line during the block period.
To carry out maintenance work of tracks, signaling and overhead equipment on Western Railway, five hours jumbo block will be taken on Up and Down fast lines between Churchgate and Mumbai Central stations from 10.35am to 3.35pm.
