5,000 skill hubs to be opened to encourage skill training on school levels: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the 'Kaushal Dikshant Samaroh' on September 17 and informed that the Government will open more than 5,000 skill hubs to encourage skill training on school levels. “In just 8 years, we opened 5,000 new ITIs adding over 4 lakh seats. National Skill Training institutes, the Indian Institute of Skills and thousands of skill development centres have been opened up. We are also opening more than 5,000 skill hubs to encourage it on school levels,” the PM said.
