Karnataka: Police track 20-year-old stunt rider, find him nursing fractured leg

BENGALURU: Cops tracked down a scooterist who was allegedly performing wheelies on Magadi Road on September 7. To their surprise, they found Kartik Kumar, 20, resting at his Chamarajpet residence after sustaining a leg fracture in an accident on September 10.
Kartik works as a food-delivery boy and his scooter was purchased by his mason-father Narasimha Murthy. The two-wheeler is in Kartik's name but the address is of his friend Puneet's Kamakshipalya residence.
"After scanning 50-plus CCTV images, we reached Puneet's house ...," police said. Kartik has been booked for rash and negligent riding.
